- osgearth_version
- osgearth_cache
- osgearth_package
- osgearth_tfs
- osgearth_backfill
- osgearth_boundarygen
- osgearth_overlayviewer
* Don't install binaries which depend on removed data files, nor example
binaries.
* Include data/resources/ in package osgearth-data.
