Same problem affects me.
network-manager-vpnc works fine with tokencodes, until I make a mistake. If you 
enter a wrong tokencode, the next attempts will always fail, because the server 
ask for 2 different token codes, and this isn't supported. I have to boot a 
windows virtualbox to be able to unblock the vpn access, by providing the 2 
tokens in the cisco client.
It seems this is supported by vpnc however.
