* Resynchronise with Debian. Remaining changes:
- Add basic RAID support. (LVM-on-RAID won't quite work yet.)
- Add basic iSCSI support.

* Preseed netcfg/disable_autoconfig rather than deprecated
netcfg/disable_dhcp (LP: #879605).
