Public bug reported: It's taken me 20 minutes to get to the point of being able to tell you that the LibreOffice that came installed with Kubuntu 13.04 has no help installed, by default. I reinstalled LO via Muon yet still no Help. All I get is some crummy Wiki page which is no help at all. The extra packages do not list Help, even though reference is made that Help is an extra package. This is such a basic issue, yet I can't find any refs to it on the world wide junkyard. And who doesn't want/need Help for Calc?? Honestly. Or is there a service somewhere where LO users can get the Help drilled directly into the frontal lobe?
