In the Stellerium window, press the [?] button at bottom-left, just
before the [X] exit button and the help dialog will be displayed.
There it lists all the key-combinations clearly. You'll notice
Ctrl+Up/Down will also zoom. To exit that dialog press [Esc]ape.
