For one, pulseaudio is not a part of Lubuntu. That shouldn't cause your
problem, but it may complicate things. Also, I would cause this a
support issue. Please check out
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingSoundProblems and see if you can't get
to the bottom of this.
