Public bug reported: When trying to install the nagvis 1.7.10 package on my Ubuntu 14.04 desktop, the installation configuration step freezes. When doing a "ps auxf" check in an other terminal I can see that a child process is seen as defunct (see the attachment). The package installation can not go any further. I have to kill a process for the rest of the steps to continue. At the end, the nagvis package is not seen as installed by the system.
