Public bug reported: Module has been renamed upstream: https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?id=ef94b1864d1ed5be54376404bb23d22ed0481feb
The reason is that some distros might want to keep 2 modules, 'overlay' and 'overlayfs'. However this is not the case for the kernel shipped by Ubuntu; would it be possible to support the new module name? ** Affects: linux-meta (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Package changed: apport (Ubuntu) => linux-meta (Ubuntu) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1417232 Title: Rename 'overlayfs' module as per upstream name 'overlay' To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-meta/+bug/1417232/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
