could reproduce this bug on CID 201307-14019 with: updated 14.04.1 (fresh installation and update) kernel 3.13.0-48-generic oem-audio-hda-daily-dkms (0.201503250301~ubuntu14.04.1) BIOS GIET78WW (2.28 ) (without the HDA DKMS could still reproduce the bug)
