Public bug reported: I'm using the standard QML app template for a project that contains a po folder populated with .po files
The "Build > Ubuntu > Translations > Build Translations" menu should take care of building .mo files from the source .po files, but it seems at some point it stopped working. Expected: - "Build > Ubuntu > Translations > Build Translations" menu option builds .mo files in the expected share/locale... location Actual: - "Build > Ubuntu > Translations > Build Translations" menu option fails to find any .po files. Here is the log: [11:49:27] Started msgfmt [11:49:27] msgfmt: error opening «po/*.po» for reading: File or directory does not exist [11:49:27] msgfmt: error opening «po/*.po» for reading: File or directory does not exist [11:49:27] [11:49:27] msgfmt finished with code 1 ** Affects: qtcreator-plugin-ubuntu (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: i18n-qml-tutorial -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1444913 Title: "Build Translations" menu option fails to find translations to build To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/qtcreator-plugin-ubuntu/+bug/1444913/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
