The fix has been placed under "Applications-Accessories-Manage Print Jobs", but it really should be under "System-Administration-Manage Print Jobs". That's where you find the "Printing" menu. Putting these two closely related apps in separate menus is quite confusing. It confused me enough that I wound up reporting it as a duplicate but (https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/151064).
