* Add patch 02_fix_unicode_conversion.patch (LP: #149400):
conversion to/from unicode just for displaying text in the GTK+ GUI
must not be done anymore, there were problems with special characters
* Add missing dependancy on python-glade2
* Change version dependancy in accordance with upstream recommendations:
- python >= 2.4
- python-gtk2 >= 2.8.0
- python-glade2 >= 2.8.0
