I think everyone here have missunderstood the whole issue! if I upgrade
net-tools (contains ifconfig), I don't loose my net connection, right?
If I upgrade ssh, I don't loose it either!

So why should I loose it when i upgrade network-manager!? It have
absolutly nothing to do with 'server use', it have to do with the fact
that the upgrade script is stupid - forcing a restart. A simple question
would suffice (when the package is installed) seen only at a debconf
option of > high.
