Public bug reported:
After switching from xfce4-indicator-plugin (which is broken in 19.04
anyway) to xfce4-statusnotifier-plugin, stardict does not show
notification area icon. It showed in xfce4-indicator-plugin. Other
notification area icons are ok (e.g., skype, networkmanager, psi-plus).
However, dropbox icon is missing as well.
