I have tried that on 19.04 with kernel 5.0.0-25-generic but it did not work. What are ways to debug this?
/sys/class/leds/asus::kbd_backlight/brightness exists and can hold a value of 0, 1, 2 or 3. Lower than 0 results in bash: echo: write error: Invalid argument Values over 3 result in 3.
