So from upstream fwupd we've decided to drop the support for probing
Dell MST hubs at fwupd init. They'll only show up in fwupd now if a
monitor is plugged in.
This issue will be fixed in fwupd 1.2.11.
Anyone running older fwupd who is annoyed by this can workaround the
issue by modifying /etc/fwupd/daemon.conf and modifying the
"BlacklistPlugins=test" to be "BlacklistPlugins=test;dell"
