I've confirmed this bug. There are some Defective Design in peony's directory view and directory view's menu. The 'blank menu' in tree view is ill-considered. However this is might not a real bug but a wishlist about new featrue.
To be honest, the current design about tree view and directory view's menu makes it hard to fix this problem. Even though i fixed this 'bug', there would be some other potential problems that I can predict. It might have a bad effect for the raw design and let the problem become more complex.
