Hi, I didn't find the root of the problem, **BUT**... Using Qubes OS I was able to run for more than 7 days without any problems! It normally would occur in the first hour of usage.
I guess Qubes's Xen drivers proxy the pcie requests and therefore the failing NVME/PCIE drivers aren't used. So it at least shines a light in the problem. Maybe someone with better understanding of how Xen works can reason about which drivers are being used and which are not and discover the root of the problem! -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1746340 Title: Samsung SSD corruption (fsck needed) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1746340/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
