Is the problem still present?

If so, can you check whether there are crash files for firefox in
/var/crash/ ?

And can you run the following commands in a terminal:

    sudo apt install firefox-dbg # this will prompt for your admin password
    firefox -g

then when you see the "(gdb) " prompt, type "r" and the return key. Wait
for firefox to crash, and at the gdb prompt, type "t a a bt" then return
key. Press return while the "type <return> to continue" message is
displayed, and then copy the contents of the terminal window and share
them here. Thanks!
