Public bug reported: [Impact] Connect a type-c to HDMI converter to the machine and set the display to external monitor only, the X crashes when resumed if you unplug the cable during suspend(s2idle).
[Fix] The fix is provided by upstream https://github.com/djdeath/linux/commit/896d4375e8e986e9f70173ac2d2463ecfa92fad8 [Test] Verified on Dell machine, can't reproduce this issue and not visible regression can be observed.
