[Impact]
Connect a type-c to HDMI converter to the machine and set the display to 
external monitor only, the X crashes when resumed if you unplug the cable 
during suspend(s2idle).

[Test]
Verified on Dell machine, can't reproduce this issue and not visible regression 
can be observed.
