Did a clean install after 20.04 release, bug is still present. It seems
to appear when i enable fractional scaling and disable my second monitor
(because otherwise it resets fractional scaling back to default at
reboot)

** Description changed:

When i logout and log back in, there's two mouse cursors on the screen,
a bigger and a smaller. Ubuntu 20.04, fractional scaling enabled. This
hasn't happened in other Gnome distros or in earlier Ubuntu versions.

  HW:
  AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
  16GB RAM
  Radeon RX570 (with open driver)
+ Asus 28" 4K monitor (DisplayPort)
+ Panasonic 55" TV (HDMI)
