This error message is reporting that the wx3.0-i18n and wx3.1-i18n packages both contain the file /usr/share/locale/ca/LC_MESSAGES/wxstd.mo. The wx3.1-i18n package is not part of Ubuntu, so you'll need to report this problem to wherever you obtained that package (perhaps a PPA?).
