The attached patch includes the fixes needed to build php-symfony- polyfill for the new php 8.1 stack with libicu70.
The fix is available in a PPA at https://launchpad.net/~athos- ribeiro/+archive/ubuntu/lp1964709-php-symfony-polyfill/+packages I also ran the dep8 test suite locally.
