You don't consider a lack of documentation of how to connect to a basic hotel WiFi that every other operating system can connect to a short-coming in your documentation or product? I have been programming for fun and profit since 1979. I built BSD Unix systems from source in the 1980's. I am not new to this and I could not figure it out. Clearly there is a problem with your product and no workaround documented. Please fix this and do not so readily close this issue.
