Public bug reported:

Impact
------
There is a new bugfix release in the stable 5.4 series (corresponding with the
GNOME 42 stable series).

https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtksourceview/-/blob/gtksourceview-5-4/NEWS

Test Case
---------
Install the update.
Run the gnome-text-editor app and verify that it works well for opening a
variety of text files.

What Could Go Wrong
-------------------
gtksourceview5 is only used by one app in Ubuntu 22.04 LTS: gnome-text-editor
and this app is not installed by default by any Ubuntu flavor currently.

The upstream maintainer for gtksourceview and gnome-text-editor are the
same person.

Because gtksourceview5 and gnome-text-editor are part of GNOME Core, this
should fall under the GNOME microrelease exception
