Public bug reported: This bug seems like #1826543, but I fled a new one because it is a regression from 21.10.
While writing this, I also noticed that other elements only follow the primary display scaling, like the numbers on the top left that say which display is which, and the pop-up that asks whether I want to keep the new display settings, so I might have filed this bug in the wrong package.
