For the OVN autopkgtests using 2 1G hugepages is sufficient, but for the openvswitch autopkgtests that is not enough for all tests to succeed. - Bump number of 1G hugepages to 3 for the openvswitch autopkgtest. + Bump number of 1G hugepages for the openvswitch autopkgtest.
