* New upstream release (LP: #90120)
* debian/pgadmin3.docs: remove .TXT extension of docs as upstream no more use
it
* debian/pgadmin3.install: install /usr/share/pgadmin3/ui directory
* debian/control:
+ add libxml2-dev and libxslt1-dev in build-dependencies
+ replace libwxgtk2.6-dev with libwxgtk2.8-dev
* debian/rules: stop building TODO.txt as upstream now provides one
