Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: coreutils

Release: 8.04 hardy amd64
coreutils version: 6.10-3ubuntu1

When I do '/bin/ls -1' I expect:

mod_papi.c
mod_papi.h
mod_papi_config.c
mod_papi_config.h
mod_papi_crypt.c
mod_papi_crypt.h
mod_papi_private.h
mod_papi_utils.c
mod_papi_utils.h

But, if I have LANG=es_ES.UTF-8 I get:

mod_papi.c
mod_papi_config.c
mod_papi_config.h
mod_papi_crypt.c
mod_papi_crypt.h
mod_papi.h
mod_papi_private.h
mod_papi_utils.c
mod_papi_utils.h

I think that mod_papi.h should be next to mod_papi.c.
