* Backport from upstream (thanks, Daniel Hahler of Ubuntu;
closes: #460982, LP: #179492):
- Fix parsing of Python variables starting with "def" or "class" as
function or class definitions.
* Policy version 3.7.3: no changes required.
* Add an actual copyright notice to debian/copyright (from 'ctags
--version' output).
