Public bug reported:

My system: Command line base install with alternate cd. Installed x
-window-system-core kde-core kdm.

Problem: I installed KDM Theme Manager and enabled kdm themes. When I
logged out to check out the theme I got a pop up window that said
"cannot open theme file /usr/share/apps/kdm/theme/CurrentTheme". This
is because it wraps quotes(") around the line -
Theme="/usr/share/apps/kdm/themes/CurrentTheme" - in
/etc/kde3/kdm/kdmrc.

Quickfix: edit /etc/kde3/kdm/kdmrc and find the line

Theme="/usr/share/apps/kdm/themes/CurrentTheme"

and take away the quotes like so

Theme=/usr/share/apps/kdm/themes/CurrentTheme

then save.

More Info: I have to edit kdmrc everytime I change themes.

** Affects: kdmtheme (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
