Thanks for your bugreport.

This looks like you are hit by bug #157763 - as a workaround please
remove nfs-common before the upgrade or wait a bit and enable dapper-
proposed in your /etc/apt/sources.list, then the fix should become
available automatically.

However you may experience a similar problem during the upgrade again if
you have xubuntu-desktop and ubuntu-desktop installed at the same time,
those can no longer be installed together in hardy. Please let me know
if that is a problem in your setup and I will work on it.
