Confirming that we should consider this a target for 8.04.1. Arne, I
know we had this in place already before release and I had you revert it
because I was unaware that hyphen was planned for promotion to main for
8.04; we should indeed get this fixed now, because the en-us hyphenation
is currently not installed at all as part of the locale settings.
