We should also note that in Feisty the package is utterly broken and
it doesn't exist in dapper, thus limiting the number of users.
However, I will voice my support for transmission for the following reasons:
1. Active upstream
2. Better UI via a single window for all torrents, which allows easier
resuming of a torrent, as you don't have to hunt down the torrent file
and reopen it to resume
