I have been eagerly awaiting the release of the Gutsy Beta and checking https://wiki.ubuntu.com/GutsyReleaseSchedule for updates. It has a link to http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/gutsy/beta/ (containing only DVD images).
Eventually I learnt that there was http://www.ubuntu.com/testing/gutsybeta up and running. Perhaps there should be a link on the Release Schedule. (I also haven't seen the usual post to the announce list...)
