Hi folks,

I am a happy user of GCStar and I would really like to see the latest
version in the next Ubuntu release (Jaunty). As I understand it from the
Ubuntu WIKI, packages are automatically pulled from Debian until a
certain date. The latest version in Debian is however the same version
as the one present in Hardy.

I would like to contribute to Ubuntu. Creating an updated package for
GCStart could be one way of doing this. Should I create a new package
following https://wiki.ubuntu.com/PackagingGuide/Recipes/PackageUpdate
and seek sponsorship for that? Or is there another preferred way to do this?
