This is of course not bad, we don't want everything to be executable right away, but you can't change the executable flag on CDs as you can on regular harddisks. Therefore you cannot make Windows executables open with Wine in Nautilus. However, the command 'wine' will execute the Windows-executable with Wine even when it's executable flag is off.
