Not really: this is due to a version skew in the archive caused by a dbus SRU upload done to Kinetic before Lunar was open. This caused the dbus version in kinetic-updates to be newer than the version in lunar-release. The dbus package has now need force-migrated from lunar-proposed to -release (currently pending publication). This should fix the issue. One (unrelated) autopkgtest aspect that is affected by NotAutomatic: yes is triggering tests with all-proposed=1. This is currently not working as expected as we're not setting the pin yet.
