Επι ευκαιρίας που άνοιξε το θέμα για VM, θέλω να ρωτήσω το εξής:
θα βάλω το 12.04 σε σέρβερ με 6gb μνήμη (64bit) ως host για VM οι οποίες
επίσης θα τρέχουν ubuntu server και ίσως και καμιά με desktop (εννοείται
όχι όλες οι VM ταυτόχρονα).
τι να χρησιμοποιήσω στο host για να σηκώσεις τις VM και να έχω κάποιου
είδους διαχείριση των VM? Γενικά ως τώρα έχω εμπειρία από virtualbox σε
dekstop host για VM.
Θα σου έλεγα να δοκιμάσεις για host server το

Θα ήθελα την γνώμη σου ποια έκδοση Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Server να
χρησιμοποιήσω
(64bit ή 32bit), για την εγκατάσταση σε 3 VM για MySQL Clustering.
Μέχρι
τώρα χρησιμοποιούσα την 32bit (pae) η οποία δουλεύει κάτι παραπάνω από
άψογα και διστάζω να δοκιμάσω 64bit. Τι προσφέρει παραπάνω η 64bit από
την 32bit (pae);
Πόση μνήμη πρέπει να έχουν τα VM?
Αν όχι πάνω από 3-4G, τα 32bit δουλεύουν μια χαρά
