Νομίζω ότι με τη μετατροπή του ubuntu σταδιακά από open source
σε open-core, την άμεση υποστήριξη third party vendors όπως
google, skype κλπ, τους codecs από εταιρείες όπως η fluendo
αλλά και γενικά το ότι αρκετό closed-source ή reverse engineered
λογισμικό που κάποτε ήταν ίσως σημαντικό σιγά-σιγά καταντά
παρωχημένο (π.χ., codecs για .3gp videos ή η libdvdcss κλπ).
Οπότε πιστεύω ότι το Medibuntu πέθανε φυσιολογικά λόγω
αχρησίας και μάλλον ο θάνατός του είναι δείγμα ότι το ΕΛ/ΛΑΚ
πάει καλά παρά το αντίθετο :)
Συμφωνώ απόλυτα με αυτά που λες, έτσι είναι και νομίζω ότι θα πάει ακόμα
καλύτερα, αρκεί να βάλουμε/βάζουμε ο καθένας ένα λιθαράκι στη
διάδοση/ανάπτυξη του, ο καθένας με όποιο τρόπο μπορεί.
