Hi Ken/Adilson/Bob, Some big progress on theme package. A new hildon-theme-ume-basic package is created based on hildon-theme-plankton-4.8.2-1ubuntu6 existing in gutsy. I replaced with latest template.png from Ken and add all marquee specific mb_*.png into this hildon-theme-ume-basic package. It will put all stuff on /usr/share/themes/umebasic
To manipulate new marquee icon file and create appropriate gtkrc and gtkrc.maemo_af_desktop for UMEBasic theme by build automatically, I also modifed hildon-theme-layout-4 package based on hildon-theme-layout-4-0.8.2-1-ubuntu4 existing in gutsy. Specially, I modifed data/theme.xml, rc/themespecficgtk.rc, rc/gtkbutton.rc, rc/hildonapp.rc, rc/hildonnavigator.rc, rc/gtkrc.maemo_af_desktop.rc and rc/hildonstatusbar.rc. You can diff to see what's changed. To test in host, you install attached layout package first and then ume-basic package. Then manually: 1) modify /usr/share/ume-config-common/ume-gui-start with "-theme usr/share/themes/umebasic/matchbox/theme.xml \" rather than mobilebasic 2) set gconf key /desktop/gnome/interface/gtk_theme to be "hildon-theme-ume-basic" 3) set GTK2_RC_FILES env to be "/usr/share/themes/umebasic/gtk-2.0/gtkrc:/usr/share/themes/umebasic/gtk -2.0/gtkrc.maemo_af_desktop". 4) Then restart hildon-desktop and you will experience new ume-basic theme. Speciall in mid-browser, it's most apparent. And new cool banner is another good example as you lauch a application. Note, package ume-config-common must make setting 3 in /etc/X11/Xsession.d/25ume-config-common_startup and make setting 1 as it is to take effect in final device. Ken, Thaniks your great art work. Then what you need to do is of adding all those images/* in hildon-theme-ume-basic to template.png and make a new layout.txt. After that I will remove images folder from hildon-theme-ume-basic. I will send package to you in separte thread, too big. Any issues or comments, let me know.
