OK,

Our experiment with the Little Valley Intel board is quickly grinding to
the point of becoming a rathole, a rathole I can no longer justify
throwing more money down. There is a very short distance between the
meaning of can't and won't. Can't is frustrating, but understandable,
but Intel won't (refuses despite ability) support the LV board. So, we
are now looking for a different platform where our development can move
forward.

Intel support has be a little nervous about another Intel based
solution, is the UME supported on any AMD based boards/devices? AMD is
much better about supporting Linux than Intel, and if I am going to put
boxes on shelves, my experience with Intel's support services regarding
the LV board, has me questioning the company's true commitment to Linux.

So, if anyone can suggest an ARM or Geode based device that will allow
us to continue to work on customizing the interface of a UME
installation, that would help us tremendously. One that the Ubuntu UME
will support?

Thx
