 That's a good question; there's a lot to do, here are some random
 ideas, others are welcome to complete:
 - run and test UME and file patches :)
 - try your favorite packages in UME and see whether they need porting,
   perhaps for hildon
 - look at the existing bugs tagged "ume" or to which the ubuntu-mobile
   team is subscribed
 - port UME to new enivonments
 - package new upstream versions of software we're tracking and where we
   aren't up-to-date
 - package new software which would be useful within UME
