I think that should add spec of clock-plugin.conf in marquee-plugins.
clock-plugin.conf was fixed format date and time.
Because format is different some countries.
for example below
$ LANG=C date
Mon May 12 09:58:00 UTC 2008
(Day of the week)(Month)(Day)(Hour)(Minute)(Second)(Time zone)(Year)
$ LANG=ja_JP.UTF-8 date
2008年 5月 12日 月曜日 09:57:54 UTC
(Year)(Month)(Day)(Day of the week)(Hour)(Minute)(Second)(Time zone)
If It uses default format, it's strange in Japan.
So. The following specifications should be added.
