Team, Davmor2 and I have just tested a fix for the truncated dialogs in UME for low resolution screens. We have added details to Bug #237631. This fix eliminates dialogue truncations down to 800x480 while not impacting the experience on larger devices such as the Q1. Please consider pushing this change up to the next release.
