@AlexThe 3G modem in the Samsung Q1 U does not work. @Mahir UME is built for Intel, specifically McCaslin and Menlow platforms. More specifically, the version you will probably use is built for the Samsung Q1U. The HP Mini is a VIA-based device which will probably boot ok but you'll have some work to do to get devices working. Unless you fancy a big project, its not going to be much fun!
