@AlexThe 3G modem in the Samsung Q1 U does not work.

UME is built for Intel, specifically McCaslin and Menlow platforms. More
specifically, the version you will probably use is built for the Samsung
Q1U.
The HP Mini is a VIA-based device which will probably boot ok but you'll
have some work to do to get devices working. Unless you fancy a big project,
its not going to be much fun!
