Given to the information you have provided, it appears to be that
another process had the debconf database locked, cause the failure to
install. This information is as follows:

debconf: DbDriver "config": /var/cache/debconf/config.dat is locked by
another process: Resource temporarily unavailable

Coudl you please perform the following after maybe a reboot to ensure
that no other process has the database locked:

sudo dpkg --configure  -a

Please, let us know the results. Marking as Incomplete until further
information is provided.
