I'm pleased to let you know that Launchpad's PO exports are now working again! Unfortunately, we broke the exports on January 18 whilst fixing a related problem with PO file export caching (https://launchpad.net/rosetta/+bug/73509). The cause of the export problem was unusually difficult to trace, which is why it took as until today (07 Feb 07) to find and fix it. In investigating the issue, we developed a more thorough error reporting system, so in future, we should be able to fix similar problems much more quickly. I'm sorry that you've been unable to download PO exports for such a long time.
