As we decided on:
"We are doing one at a state park lodge (Deer Creek Lodge). We are
doing this because our team is very scattered around the state and
having a centralized place is the smart move to do. We have it planned
for Saturday, but no schedule for that day. But that will be known when
time is near" [2].
I'm calling for a meeting for planning it, mainly what sessions are we
going to do and other things. Here is the Doodle poll for it:
