Hello everybody, first of all: excuse me for not writing this mail in Chinese. If there any questions later on, I'm sure we can figure them out.
The Ubuntu Community Council and LoCo Council need volunteers to join the admin team of the Ubuntu China LoCo. What does this involve? Largely it would be - Organizing the Chinese LoCo team. - Coordinating and communicating events and initiatives. - Resolving issues when they arise. - Bring people together. This obviously doesn't mean that you need to do all the work in the LoCo team, but if you enjoy figuring out problems with others and bringing lots of people to the table, then this might be something for you. It would also be great if the admin team could nominate one or two contacts, so the LoCo Council can get in touch with the team easily. The LoCo Council will also be there to help the new admin team get started and can answer questions. This is an exciting opportunity, as the Chinese LoCo team is very active and there are many initiatives from many different teams and partners of Ubuntu in China. We would also like to thank the previous admin team for their hard work. What we would like to suggest is that a meeting is held between everyone who is interested in helping out, maybe in the next two weeks. From there it should be easy to look at all the different ideas which were brought up and to see who is interested in taking on which pieces of work.
